easter and stuff

Not much new to report from the Olivers- We had a nice Easter and took some lovely family pics with my camera and the tripod. I have to say that the group shot of all 6 of us is better than any professional ones we've ever taken. So from here on out we'll be doing that- especially because in flickr you can do photoshopesque things and then order prints. Technology is my new best friend.

We had a long Easter week full of parties for the kids and their classes- the pics are in Flickr under "the neverending easter". I was able to attend all 3, although it was not the MOST fun I've ever had- I don't pretend to be one of those people who enjoys kid's parties, but I do enjoy my little girlie's faces when they see me at their class party.

In other news the girls are off of school this week and have been busy playing and generally being little girls. The house is a wreck. Chuck and I are headed to New Orleans on friday for a funeral and a little r&r.

I'm also busy trying to put together a real website for my art and it's been quite an adventure- I'm waiting for my domain name to be transfered to the new hosting service. The old hosting service was some kind of crazy one with cartoon ladies in see thru night gowns and banjo music. We've had fun making pretend websites for jennifer oliver in the meantime!

oh! i almost forgot to add the most important news of all- our shower is being tiled!
