update!

sounded promising, huh? I am HAPPY to report that there is NOTHING of interest going on at chez oliver. I'm having a really nice week painting every day to get ready for the open house that Avallon is having friday. Betsy Williamson and I are the featured artists which is always nice. I'm working on a series of blue crabs that I'll be putting up over at my art blog- www.jenniferoliverart.blogspot.com. Yeah- I have two blogs, which i know seems excessive, especially because my life is exceedingly ordinary, but I've had one too many people ask me if I have a "website" where they can look at my artwork- and I'm too lazy to put together a real live website at this point so I went with the extra easy blog instead. Don't want to post about us having the flu over there though so I thought it would be good to bore you people with that.

The weather was really nice this afternoon so I went next door and we had an ingleside wine and gossip session- One of the neighbors just put her house up for sale today and I'm more sad than I should be about it- I love our street and I hate for it to change at all! They also have girls Kate, Francie and Lizzie's ages so I hate to see those friends leave. A new family did move in across the street from us about a month ago and they are really nice. I told her today that it's so nice to look across and see activity over there. She's about to have a baby so it's EXTRA awesome...

on a side note- mary had to learn something new for school so she and chuck are learning to play the guitar together. I'm next I've decided. Between that and Chuck's new Rosetta stone for Spanish we're gonna be some guitar playing spanish speaking fools!

Ingleside is BR's version of Wisteria Lane. Which is not a bad thing!
