The pools opens tonight. Usually it's in the high 80's by the time the pool opens so it feels way early. We have a swim team sign up party tomorrow and we will be there with so many bells on because I somehow made a child that likes to swim competitively. I really disliked swim team as a kid- I always felt like I was drowning, so it caught me off guard that Mary is so good at it. Kate is thinking she may want to go for it this year too- Francie and Lizzie are saying no still, so we'll see. Lizzie spent last summer glued to my flip flop at Bocage- she prefers the company of mommies to kids so every word I said to anyone was interrupted with "mommy, mommy, mommy". So summer is almost here and I have nothing planned except a trip to the beach with Mom and my brother and his family in June- I think there are about 10 or 11 weeks to fill. Hmmmm. Could be good? Could be bad.

We will be at the pool too. I hope more often than last year. Are your youngest going to be in preK or K next year?
are you at bocage too? they are going to be in prek again- where will yours be?
We joined bocage last year and then never went because it's not that much fun to drag a newborn to the pool and a 3 yr old who can't swim. This year will be different though! She'll be in preK too at SJ in the full-day class.
oh awesome! we are there almost every day in june for swim team so we'll have to introduce them! The class next year is such a good one- i'm very excited about it- and about ALL DAY. amen.
